Jimco Electrical Contracting Based in Lebanon, Oregon, in the heart of the Willamette Valley, Jimco Electrical Contracting, Inc. has been part of the community for more than 50 years. Jimco`s electrical construction projects have included material handling system and work in such industries as paper, plywood, sawmill, food processing, and specialty metals.Jimco Electrical Contracting, Inc. has employed as many as 150 journeymen and apprentice electricians on concurrent jobs, with their combined experience totaling several hundred years.

Jimco is an open shop, employing Oregon and Washington state licensed journeymen and apprentices indentured in the apprenticeship training program. Annual volume of work is comprised of 80% industrial and 20% commercial

Safety & Drug Policy 

Jimco Electrical Contracting Inc also sets its own standards in regards to safety. We are committed to providing a safe, healthy, violence, drug and alcohol free work environment for all our employees. New hires are required to submit to a pre-employment drug test and attend a company orientation. Jimco actively enforces a zero tolerance drug and alcohol policy. Orientation includes safety policies, drug and alcohol policies, worker site conduct, safety violation plan, fire watch, hot work, fall protection, ladder safety, lockout/tag-out, hazard communications, aerial lift safety and driving company vehicle policy. Training is also provided anytime specific work conditions require it. Annual retraining is done for ALL employees. Employees that work or conduct themselves in a manner contrary to job site safety rules are subject to disciplinary action by Jimco. Drug testing is conducted on a monthly random basis, post accident and for just cause.
